One quality behavior I learnt today which is 'calm and cool'. I learnt it from one of the boss. Under a pressure, he managed to handle it with calm,cool & firm....while myself....ya ampun, stressnya..:). Showing you are stress does not help & does not contribute to anything. With calm, cool and firm, we could think better and probably solve a problem.
Both of my bosses for SFC project have these criteria : Calm, cool and firm. I am thank to Allah for opportunity to learn from them.
